"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC. Today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make homemade chicken noodle soup. We're back and let me tell you if you cook this we're going to like it. I used a lot of mushrooms I used 2-8 ounces of portebella cause I had them. Like I said this is a meal if you have throw it in there everything works with this. I just want to tell you I already tasted this, look at this I put a little parsley on the side but I also put it on the top. My grandmother again she would sprinkle a little Parmesan on top like that just a little bit. Look a big piece of chicken, noodles, you can see the carrots in every bite you got something beautiful. I'll tell it's just amazing I'm going to get a piece of chicken, I already tasted it. When it's cold outside this will bring them in, look at the finish product look how beautiful this is. Cost is very cheap I think even if you had to go out and get the wine and the heavy cream and everything you're talking twenty bucks or under depending where you live. But here in NYC twenty bucks was actually less cause I had some wine and some heavy cream. All the vegetables I bought the extra vegetables I'll use it for something else. I was able to make a big pot that's still full and a bowl here and this can easily feed 20 people. Storage will simple just put it in a Tupperware and it will stay good to 7-10 days. I don't think it's going to last that long remember reheating it you can reheat it in the microwave or in the big pot, it's good as well. You can just remember if you want to add some more parsley or even some more Parmesan cheese is fine. It's a great healthy dish I love making here for you today it brought me to my grandma's kitchen and thank you, my name is Richard Buccola of NYC and on behalf of Expert Village thank you for watching."
