Remove Chicken from the Pot for Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC. Today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make homemade chicken noodle soup. This smells so good I can't even tell you. We have all of our veggies for our soup on the side and chop already, look at this. This is how you want to see that you want to see that chicken nice and tender looking beautiful. What we're going to do is just remove the chicken and remove all of our, if you see stuff like this we're going to get in there and get our thyme stems out. They come right out you see the no leafs they are in there and you want to get these out and eventually we're going to pull out our bay leaf as well. So let's just remove our chicken for now, beautiful stock by the way. I'm just going to remove our chicken again if you see any thyme leafs like so just take those thyme leafs and put them to the side. We're going to eventually pull them all out and pull out that beautiful chicken, you see it's tender and we're going to let this chicken cool while we start getting our soup ready. While that cools we're going to de-bone it get all the bones out and get all the meat off it and then eventually get it back to the chicken. I can't even begin to tell you it's not half way done it smells amazing. When the chicken breaks off like that you know it's done, really nice. So just remove all of your chicken come back we're going to show you how to get this ready to make some hearty chicken noodle soup here on Expert Village."
