"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC. Today here on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make homemade chicken noodle soup. We're going to peel our carrots and just get a nice easy stroke I usually put a piece of paper towel down so that it will be easy with the clean up. You're going to need about 2 cups of chopped up carrots, fresh veggies and everything I'll tell you it's awesome. So you do the same and when we come back we'll start chopping these bad boys up. We're going to start cutting we got our carrots peeled I don't want that pieces its ugly get rid of that. Put them in a bowl and everything sits in the bowl nice you're going to want about 2 cups of cut carrots and I try to make them all around the same size. By cutting them like this it will help with the cooking process they'll cook a little faster. If you cut them to big it will take longer to cook so make them about a 1/4". Don't go over 2 cups this is a type of medium well a little extra don't hurt it. Come back we're going to start cutting up our celery here on Expert Village."
