"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC. Today here on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make homemade chicken noodle soup. We got our garlic, onion, chicken and our water and we're going to add three cubes of chicken bullion. We're going to add three bay leaf, a few sprigs of fresh thyme we'll remove those sprigs later, a punch of rosemary, a punch of oregano again not that much just a little hand through, seasoning salt. Again a nice punch and another punch, lemon pepper (3 punches of that) salt( punches) and pepper (punches). So we're going to stir all those seasonings, I'll tell you it just started cooking and it's starting to smell good already. We're going to add some basil a couple of basil it always gives it a hint of something so don't be afraid to use it. I love basil if you can get it, use it. Stir that in and we're going to let this cook for about 35-45 minutes, it can go as much as an hour. What I'm looking to see is the chicken getting nice and tender. Come back we're going to start to start chopping our veggies while this is starting to simmer. It's chicken noodle soup here on Expert Village."
