"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make homemade chicken noodle soup. Real easy utensils here today. I make everything pretty much at this little table. It's a prep meal. You can prep everything and then you just put it in your pot and it does its thing. Get yourself a good knife. I always talk about a good knife. Go out and spend the money. They will pay for themselves. You're going to need to quarter your chicken, cut it up into pieces, and also cut your veggies. You're going to need a little cutting board. I do it right here at this little silicon cutting board that I always speak highly of. Also, a potato peeler just to peel your carrots. You're going to need some measuring cups and measuring spoons today. I like to have a bowl on hand to sometimes throw some of your veggies in while you're working. Then don't forget a big old soup pot in the back. One that's big enough to serve a small army. Come back. We're making homemade chicken noodle soup here on Expert Village."
