"My last step for our salsa is go ahead and season it with the salt and pepper. Now remember we already seasoned the tomatoes with some salt before. We put them into the oven so be careful when you're seasoning you don't want to add too much. So I'm going to put about a teaspoon and a half of salt and just a little bit more pepper. I'm going to give it one more last blend to kind of get everything mixed up one last time. I got a little cilantro sitting on top that's not a problem we'll get it with this last blend here. (mixing) Great everything should be mixed and ready to go and we're going ahead and pour this into our bowl and it looks and smells amazing. That is our roasted tomato salsa."
