"I got my avocado, now I'm going to do my dice tomato and this tomato is rather large so I'm just going to do half of it. This is just a ripen tomato, really any tomato works well. I'm going ahead and remove this center part here (stem area) don't taste so great. I'm just going to make long cuts down the length of the tomato, and from here I'm going to make long horizontal cuts, then go across here. Now if you don't have vine ripen tomatoes or all you have available at your location aromas or not go ahead and use any tomatoes. The idea is really to get the acid from the tomato cause that pairs really well with the creaminess of the avocado. Now we're going to dice these together (dice here) perfect, and we're going to add them to our avocado mixture. And that is what it looks like in our bowl here."
