"So now I'm ready to place my chips in the oven but before I do that I need to season them and make sure that they got a lot of great flavor. So I got my chips here and I got some extra virgin olive oil and again I use the olive oil because I like the flavor that it gives the chips. But if you don't want to use the extra virgin olive oil you can use vegetable oil, you can use roasted garlic oil. Once again get creative you can use chili oil, that will be really good with this dish as well. So I'm going to put a generous amount of olive oil since we're not frying them we can afford to have a little bit of oil on there. With my hands I'm just going to kind of make sure each individual chip is nice and coated so when it bakes, it bakes up nice and crispy. They look really really great, another thing is if you make these you can make these on the sheet pan and when they come out just drizzle them with a bunch of cheese. Like black beans and things like that and you can literally make a whole pan of nachos and it's really good, especially for those game days. Alright, I got all of my chips nice and coated and before I move on to the next step I need to wash my hands so we'll do that and then we'll get back and season our chips."
