"So I got my white onions in our mixture and now I'm going to add some green onions and you might ask "why are you going to add both kinds of onions?" Well green onions are in my opinion blend a very different flavor isn't a onionly flavor, it's in the same family and I'm going to do about 1/2 of my bunch here. But it really has a different cleaner fresher flavor to me so that's why I like to have both in my salsa. Again if you don't have green onions don't worry about it just use whatever you have awesome, I cut them into bigger pieces. These too will caramelize and kind of char actually when they cook and so it gives it a different a more unique flavor, I feel like. That is what it's going to look whenever you got your green onions in your pan."
