"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make French onion soup. Before we get it in, make sure you're on broiler. Turn it up to broiler. We're going to put this in our broiler like so, and we're going to wait until that cheese is bubbly hot and brown. It's French onion soup. It's almost done. Look at how easy. You just made a great, great thing. Come back. We're going to have our tasting. It's always the best part of the day. I'm smiling. You know why? Because it's magic time. It's the best time of the day. Make sure you do not burn yourself. This is going to be hot. Just look at how beautiful this came. It's all just gooey melted cheese. Look at that melted beautiful cheese. What I do is I'll serve my guests. This is a nice little meal. You can open up a nice bottle of wine. This just is so amazing. Look at how gooey that cheese is. Just grab it like that. Look at how nice that is. Put that right in there. You got the breading. It's a nice little meal. A lot of cheese. Everyone loves the cheese. You just serve your guests and you serve yourself. This is just outrageous as far as flavors. Just look at how nice that is. It's so good. Can't wait to try that. Everybody loves that crunchy top. That's what that parmesan does for you. That's a lot of cheese With that said, I'm going to take a little taste. It's going to be real hot, so I'm just going to get a little taste. That is delicious. Open up a nice bottle of red wine with this. It's good stuff and you have a nice lunch."
