"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make French onion soup. We have it filled. What you’re going to do is just grab your bread and just place it gently on the top to cover it like so. Love the French onion soup. It's really, really good stuff. You got that covered like so. You're going to grab your mozzarella cheese, whatever cheese you like to use. You're going to use a nice amount of cheese right on top of this. You have all this beautiful mozzarella over the top. You don't have to, but I like to also put parmesan cheese. Parmesan helps with the browning, and it also gives it a little extra flavor, different taste. Put a lot of parmesan cheese on the top. We're going to stick it in your broiler until this is all golden brown and bubbly. It comes right out and you serve it hot like that. This is a little corningware for 2. You can make a bigger one, which I usually do, or you can make them in the individual soup bowl, the corningware soup bowl. Again, remember that they're safe to go in the oven."
