"Hi, this is Ben Hardy with Expert Village. Our next step would be to take our cream cheese which is reduce fat. You want roughly about 8 ounces. You want to cube it. To cube it we are going to start by cutting it in half. Cut those halves into smaller halves. Then making one,2, and 3 cuts into the cheese. Now the reason we are going to cube it cause it would be easier for it to melt and mix while cooking. "
