"Hi, I'm Rachel Perelli Randolf and I'm here with Expert Village to talk to you about tips for a tan. Right now I'm going to be talking to you about keeping that healthy glow. When you want to keep that healthy glow, you want to make sure that you stay clear of water. Don't go swimming, don't go to the pool, because once you go in there it's going to rub off. You want to stay away from the shower for the next couple of days because the longer you stay away from water or showering or anything like that, the longer your tan is going to last. Once you get out of the shower you're going to rub your legs with the towel and you're going to start to see it come off in the dead skin cells onto the towel and it's kind of gross. Also, when you're in the shower, if you do shower, try not to shave in the next couple of days because that will pretty much take it off and you're just going to ruin your tan so that's really important on how to keep a healthy glow. And up next we're going to be talking about how to keep up your amazing tan."
