Safety Tips for Homemade Body Scrubs

"Hi, Ashley Johnson with Expert Village. Now we are going to talk about a few precautions that you are going to need to take when using these scrubs. First thing don't use them on your face. We spend hundreds of dollars every year trying to make sure that our face is clean and clear. Now make note that one of the main ingredients in these scrubs is baby oil so you don't want to spread this all over your face. Another thing is using this in the shower is going to make your shower extremely slick. So I learned the hard way didn't quite fall but got pretty close to it. So make sure if you use it you are not trying to dance a jig in your shower. Also as far as using it on children I wouldn't really recommend that just because they have got really fine skin. They don't need to use lotion. All of those products they just don't need it. Once you start seeing dry patches then you might want to start exfoliating. So other than that I think you should be set. Make sure to try just a little bit you know on an inconspicuous area just like you would any beauty product just to see how your skin would react. "
