"Hi, my name is Rachel Perelli Randolf and I'm here with Expert Village on talking about self tanning tips and right now I'm going to be talking to you about the second step in the self tanning process which is exfoliation. Exfoliation is when you have at least, its kind of like two grains of sand and its rubbing together on your skin, your whole body to rub off the dead skin cells so you're having an even layer. Kind of like shaving, but you want to do it after you shave and you don't want it to be too harsh because then it will cause irritation like I had said previously. Exfoliation is one of the most important parts of doing the self tanning process because one of the main things people are afraid of is having an uneven tan and this will give you pretty much a basic tan and you won't have spots everywhere.
