"Hi I'm Teri Lynne and this is David O'Donnell and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment, we're going to be talking about eye creams. Now you don't want to use the same type of lotion or moisturizer that you use on the rest of your face under your eyes. Your eyes are extremely gentle, the skin is much thinner here, much more vulnerable, so you want to make sure you actually purchase a specific eye cream or eye nourisher. Especially the older you get, the more important this becomes. What this one is is ophthalmologist tested, so you want to make sure that you find an eye nourisher that is, or an eye cream, and what that means is that it's not going to bother the eye. It's been tested specifically for eyes. So if you wear contacts or something, you don't have to worry if the cream gets in your eye it's fine. As well, what this does is take away puffiness around your eyes if you look tired or dark circles. You don't need a lot of eye cream. Usually eye creams are quite a bit more expensive than regular moisturizer, but they are also meant to be used very liberally. So what I want to do is I want to dab is under the eyes. When you're putting on eye cream or eye nourisher, you want to work from the outsides underneath and then up to the top. So we start from the cheekbone and gently dab it in and we can actually put it right on the lid. Again with the other side, gently work from the outside of the eye by the cheekbone and up above on the eyelid. You don't have to work it in too well, you can just lightly dab it in. You don't want to be rough under that eye. It will absorb in on it's own, on it's own time. And that's how you apply eye moisturizer here on Expert Village."
