"I'm Kelly on behalf of Expert Village, and I'm going to show you tips and tecniques that you can use to create a black dress chic look. So in preparation for our eyeshadow we're going to begin with a little bit of eyeshadow primer. So basically what this does is it work as a magnet for your eyeshadow. It's going to help smooth out the texture of your eye so your eyeshadow will blend a lot better for you, it'll go on a lot smoother, it will go on with more vibrancy, it'll stay on better for you, it'll prevent creasing and caking if you have problems with that. If you are headed out to a party you don't want to go to all this trouble to put on all this fabulous makeup and go look in the mirror and realize your makeup is all off. So, using an eyeshadow primer will just ensure that your eyeshadow stays in place and stays looking fabulous all night. "
