Hi, I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that I use when concealing dark circles under the eyes. One thing you can do if you have a lot of problems with either your concealer creasing or caking on you under the eye, or if you are a person who has maybe a mature eye, and a lot of crapiness, or a lot of lines around the eye area, you can use a foundation primer under the eye. So this is just a really nice, light weight, silicon base, and you can just pat a little bit of this in the under eye area. What this is going to do is it's going to smooth out the texture of that area. It's going to fill in any fine lines or wrinkles, so your concealer won't settle. It also keeps your concealer on better for you, helps it blend better, and keeps your color of your concealer from fading, or absorbing too much into the skin. So just by applying a little bit of that under there, you can get a much smoother application, you can have your makeup stay on a lot better, stay looking a lot fresher and a lot longer for you. So that's how you'd want to apply a primer underneath your concealer.
