Summary: Learn how to use web clips in Gmail in this free instructional video.
"Another kind of cool, fun thing that Gmail has is "Web Clips" which is right here above your inbox. Basically, what it is, it is kind of like a RSS feed from different places and they are just like little news stories or posts from different websites. So if I click on this, takes me to a thing about "Feng Shui". Basically, whenever the inbox is refreshed, you will get a new "web clip? and you can also scroll through the web clips right here and just go through them. You can set these up to only be what you want to see in your inbox or you can turn them off. I will show you how to do that, you are just going to go up to your settings, and then to "Web clips" and to turn it off, you would just click right here. Now when I go back to my inbox it is gone but if you like that and you think it is kind of fun, what you can do is you can choose, what you see. You can see all the ones that are set up right here, by default and you can remove those over here. You can also browse for new ones in whatever category you like. So, in "Fun" there is all these different things and then you can just add which ones you like. You can also preview different ones, see what kind of stuff they have in there. You can also search for something specific and see what comes up. They have all these options right here for the searching for "Hockey". That is basically what the "Web Clips" are, it is kind of a fun thing. Maybe, every once and while you will see a story you want to see and if you set it up so that you are only seeing things that you are interested in, it might be worth while to do. Just a little fun thing you can do with Gmail"
