"So now I am going to talk about the different ways you can view your calendar and just viewing different calendars in your "My Calendar" section. First off the "View" options are up here, almost at the top right. Like I said before I like the monthly view and what that is, is just like it sounds, just a monthly view, each day, just one little box. A problem you can run into with "Monthly View" is if you have a whole lot of events on a single day, there is just not enough room to show them all, so you will get this little "Plus one more, plus two more and so on". If you click on it you can see everything, which is pretty handy. But if you like being able to see everything at once and you have got a lot events on your calendar it might be easier for you to switch to a different day or a different view option, I am sorry. First off, there is a "daily view" which looks like this, it starts at eight a.m. goes down to eleven p.m., I am sorry it starts at twelve a.m., of course goes to eleven p.m. and you would be able to see all of your events in here. Like see if I go to this day with some events, you can see them, it highlights them the length that are. You see you have got some overlapping events here. That is a daily view and probably a little bit more useful for something like the next four days. You can see it is just four days, it is just the daily view, just separated into four days. That kind of looks a little bit of the same, you can still see these overlapping events and they still go by the time. Whenever you have an event that lasts all day or you do not have a time set for it, it appears up in this little box right here. But any event associated with a time will display that time, show the duration, and correspond with the appropriate time over here at the left. Similar for the next four days is the "Weekly View", just a little bit smaller, because they are fitting three more days in there, but pretty self explanatory, a lot like the last two view I showed you. Then you have one last option, which is a little bit different, it is called "Agenda". Basically it does not show the dates in like a sequential order, it just shows you all your upcoming events, so you can see here January ninth, if I had thirty things to do on January ninth it would just list them all out right here. You have got the time, the title, you can see by the color which calendar it is coming from. Then you have even got the where on this one right here and then just goes and say I do not have anything to do between January tenth and January twenty-first, there is just nothing there. All it is showing are events on my calendar. So those are the different view options that are up here and another way that you can think about viewing you calendars is turning them on and off. So you see here I have got both the Bob Smith and the Mary Smith calendar on and you can see the two colors right here and which events are associated with the calendars. But if I went over here and I only wanted to see the Mary Smith calendar, I could turn off the Bob Smith and I can even turn off my Holiday calendar. Then the only thing on my calendar now are events created under that Mary Smith calendar. So that is another way you can think about how you are viewing your calendar and once you get a whole bunch of different calendars, it becomes pretty helpful to turn other ones off, if you are just looking at something particular. So say I am Mary and I do not need to see what Bob is doing, I just need to see my own calendar, I would just turn them off. So those are some of the view options on your Google Calendar."
