"Now, we're going to add the high hat on beats two and four using the heel toe technique. So, that?s when you press your heel down and brings it back up on your toe. That's the heel toe right there. It's important that when you're doing this that you push down as hard on your heel as you do when you push down with your toe. Check it out, what it looks like on the paper. You can see where everything lines up. You have the ride cymbal and snare here. The high hat and ride cymbal, ride and snare all three together. You have all three together again. The ride cymbal and snare. And, just the high hat. I'll play it one more time, while you read on."
