"Hi I'm Shaun Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to be learning how to play a Bossa Nova drum beat. Now that we know how to play a Bossa Nova drum beat my final little step that I wanted to show you is, once you get it up to speed, some things you can do to kind of make it, jazz it up a little bit. We're going to go ahead and start with a, just a basic Bossa Nova. I'm going to do some things here and there just to give you some ideas of what you can do with it. As you can see, there are little things, you don't just have to stick to the Bossa Nova, and a lot of times just feeling what the musicians you're playing with are doing to. There are some things, you can add in a little extra snare drum side stick here or maybe a little rim shot on the snare drum there.
