"I'm Shaun Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village, and today I'm going to show you how to pack up your drum kit efficiently. Now that we have our cymbal stands packed away, our snare drum and rack tom stands packed away, now it's time to pack up the seat. And you'll see here in a second why I packed this up last. But the first thing we want to do is break it down. So I just flip it over, and loosen this, and just push this down. And this seat's really old, so it's kind of hard to break down, you've got to use two arms and a thigh to break it all the way down! And then I do tighten that. And then I go ahead and unscrew the seat from the base like that, so now they're in two pieces. So let's go over to our trap box and I will go ahead and put this over here, there's a nice spot. And then what I do, is I take this seat and I put it up top. Now one of the reasons is that's the only place it fits, but also, it kind of helps keep the stands from like moving back and forth. So that's where I put the actual "seat" is at the top. So let's go ahead and take a look at what our next step is in packing up our drum kit."
