"I'm Shaun Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to pack up your drum kit efficiently. So in this next step some of this next step takes place actually before the show, and that's when you take your drums out of their cases, see these are my cases and stuff. You kind of pack them nice and neat together so at the end of the show they're not scattered all over backstage and you're looking for this and you're looking for that. So this was actually done before we played, but whatI'd like to do now is go ahead and take my cymbal case, just go ahead and unlatch it and just pull the lid off and I'll be ready to go. This right here is my snare drum case and it looks a little big for a snare drum case, that's because this fits 2 snare drums. It has the snare drum I play and my backup snare drum in case I break a head during the show. So we'll get that ready. I have a towel that sits on top of the one snare drum so they don't rub against each other. I just do that. This is my kick drum case. And as you can see, you're probably like, where's your floor tom and your racked tom case? Well, I have them tucked inside of the kick drum case which saves space backstage. And then inside my floor tom I have my racked tom. So I just like to get these together real quick because that way every time I go to put a drum away I'm not having to do that same thing. So everything's laid out and ready for me to start packing away. Let's go ahead and take a look at our next step."
