"Now we are going to do our F major Hexitonic scale which is my favorite scale personally. So we are going to go through and look at it. So the best way to analyze this is we have our F major 1 flat. Write out our 1, 3, 7 so we have F, 1, 3, 5 and 7 and those notes are basically the same. Then you are going to have a sharp 2, a sharp 4 and a flat 6. So it is your basic major black chord 1, 3, 5, and 7 with a sharp 2 and a sharp 4 and a flat 6. Those off notes in between on the scale gives it this nice tonality which you hear. So there's your 1, 3,5 and 7. You have your sharp 3, your sharp 4 and your flat 6. I am going to play that over some major scales so that you can hear how that sounds. Another way to look at this is you have your F major triad and right next to a E major triad and it is all on this same scale. That's your Hexitonic scale. Not your everyday scale but a great scale to learn and utilize in your own improvisation and melodic composition. "
