"So we are in the key of F major, so we have 1 flat here. So we start with 1 F, 1, 2, 3 skip over that B flat and we have our C, 5 and our 6; 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 and that's our Pentatonic A which is a normolytic Pentatonic scale and then we have our second Pentatonic scale which is our colour scale which has a 2 and a 3 avoiding the root in the 4th and then we have 5, 6 and 7. So all the inner notes of the scale. So it is really nice and melodic. Great way to start improvising. Just take that little pattern and start throwing your hands around in it, get your speed up and that's your Pentatonic scale. "
