"I'm Rick Tobey on behalf of Expert Village and this is blues progressions part two. So first we are going to start with some open cords, first we'll do an A cord we hope an A and we'll do it the easy way where we're just going to use the index finger and we're going to essentially barre the D string, the G string and the B string with the first finger on the second fret. And we're going to try and avoid hitting the E string and if we do it's muted, so that's how we are and we're going to play the A cord in this progression and then we'll play a D seven where we slide the finger back and the next finger goes on the first fret the B string here are second finger goes on the second fret of the G string and the third finger goes on the second fret of the E string. Now on this part we are going to try and avoid hitting the no E string or if you want to get fancy you can put your thumb and hit the F sharp note with your thumb. But for now we'll just do it like this. And then from there we're going to go to a E seventh cord where we basically lift up all fingers and we keep the nine, get your index finger to go on the first fret of the G string and your second to go on the second fret of the A string. So can be seventh cord. So practice those three cords and then we go on to the next session."
