"I'm going to go over some simple ways of copying, pasting, and repeating. So, once again if you take this one, you could always grab it at the top right and you can just repeat it and loop it to as many bars as you want. You could also hit this button and press the loop button and it will loop it all the way across the track for as long as the track goes. Other ways of copying this are pressing the apple C button. You could copy it and when you want to paste it make sure you have the locater exactly where you want it to go and you've selected the track you want it to come on. If it's not on the right track it's going to go on the track that, it's going to be on some other stuff. So, you want to make sure that it's at the right point. You could press apple V repeatedly and it will keep on doing it and it should align up right. You could also highlight the key, the region. Just press apple R and it should repeat as many times as you'd like."
