"Next on accompanying yourself on piano, we're going to really to understand the notes the names of the notes here. So, we learned in the last clip that this is C. So, then this is D-E-F-G. And, we start again on A. There is no H in piano at all. A-B-C-D, it keeps going up like that. Now, if we're going to go down we're going to count backwards in the alphabet. So, before C is obviously B-A-G-F and it goes on so on. But, what about the black keys? We haven't talked about the names of the black keys. Well, if you go up from C up this is called C sharp. And, a sharp is always higher. It's C sharp. But, this has another name. All the black keys have two names. This is also called D flat. So, then this if we know that this is F going up this will be F sharp. This is G going down, we call this G flat. So, all the black keys have two names. So, that's the alphabet of the piano."
