We just went over the dos and don'ts of your jogging form what not to do when you're warming up. So now we're going to talk about the dos and don'ts of breathing. What not to do and what to do when you're warming up in regards to breathing. When you are jogging, you want to make sure that you're breathing in through your nose, in through your nose, out your mouth, or if you want, you know in through your nose and out through your nose. You don't want to be running two to three miles just breathing in and out of your mouth. You're not really going to develop a good breathing rhythm and a good breathing cycle. You're going to be throwing your lungs off. So you want to make sure that when you're breathing, the dos, as you're running, it should be, your warm up should feel like a warm up. It really shouldn't feel like you're killing yourself. You shouldn't be struggling on your warm up. So when you're running you're breathing in through your nose and you're breathing out through your mouth or you?re breathing in through your nose and out through your nose. Usually your more advanced competitors just breathe in and out through their nose, because they're not really stressing their bodies out. So, the don'ts, like I just said earlier, you want to make sure you're not breathing in and out of your mouth the entire time that you're warming up, because like I said, it shouldn't feel like that much of a strain. If you are breathing your, your mouth the entire time, you either need to shorten up your warm up, or go see a doctor why you are breathing so hard. So those are the dos and don'ts of breathing.
