Video Transcript

"Hi. My name is Jabari Pride and you're watching ExpertVillage.com. Today we are going to go over some of the basics on running track. I went to the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I was a division one All-American after track, sorry after college I competed at the U.S. National In-Doors. I qualified and made the U.S. Word Team, competed at Budapest in 2004 in sprinting. Today we are going to go over a brief of track and field. You know, when it originated and kind of like a slight progression of that. Then we are going to go over and talk about some, just safety; things you should think about in safety. You don't want to pull a muscle, it hurts and stuff like that. We are going to talk about equipment. What you should wear and what you shouldn't wear. You know, the dos and don't of that. Then we are going to go into, just, warming up; how to warm up for track correctly. You know we're watching ExpertVillage.com. Once again I'm Jabari Pride and I hope you learn something from this."
