"Go! Go! Hello, my name is Matt Cail, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you today how to throw a Super Bowl Party! For all of your guests who are roaring and yelling and otherwise shouting at the screen, they are going to need some party fuel. Now, unlike a lot of other parties, Super Bowl parties are also unique in that basically, you want unhealthy stuff. We are not looking for veggies, we are not looking for good stuff. We are looking for fatty, gunky food; the type of food you shouldn't eat too often, but for Super Bowl parties, we'll make an exception. What am I talking about? I'm talking about getting some tortilla chips, some Mexican cheese and putting this in the microwave for about thirty seconds and there you go! You've got some nachos coming at you! That's always a really great party favorite. I'm talking about getting some chips. These could be your old potato chips and dip. These could be your powder puff popcorns that you have, or just straight popcorn. Great stuff to put in bowls; finger food; nothing too complicated that anyone is going to have to take their eyes off of the television and focus on having to use utensils. Finger foods that they can pop in their mouth, that's the kind of food that you want. On the sweet side of things, you can also look to have stuff like marshmallows, candy bars, chocolate, everything you want there. On the sides, don't forget things like salsa and dip. If you are having anything like chicken wings (which are also really good), you can get Ranch or hot sauce, jalapeƱo, and Tobasco sauce; good stuff like that (again, finger food--they can pick it up, dip and eat it). Now, while I'm saying that things don't have to be necessarily healthy, you can throw in some fruits too. This is, again, finger foods that people can be munching on while they are looking at the T.V. screens; it's not going to be too distracting. So, if you want to be a little more health conscious, sure, you can get some veggies and some fruits and stuff. But, don't feel too guilty if you are going to eat unhealthy for at least one day of the year."
