"I'm Kari Wethington for expertvillage.com. Today we are going over how to write a college paper. After you have your outline and you are feeling comfortable with your topic and you have plenty of sources, it's time to write the first draft. It is always important that you need a first draft. You are not writing your paper and you are not going to be done after the first draft. This is your first chance to get your ideas down, get the paragraphs together, get the sentences sounding to make sense. You are going to have to go back and edit multiple times. So don't stress too much about every little detail at this point but it's important to take the notes that you made and the outline that you made. Make a complete product out of it at this point but don't get too caught up in the little details. It's really just as important to get your ideas down and to start the first draft of that paper."
