We are about to break down some moves and we are going to break down the top rock with the heel toe. So after we come from the squat we are going to come back to the basic which is the stance before we get into the 5 count. So let's go ahead and give it a shot. So 5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5, stance. We just saw that there is a 5 count to a stance. That is the top rock version. We are going to go in and do the hip hop part which is the calibration what I was telling you about with the heel toe. The heel toe is a really simple move, some people may seem that it is kind of confusing but it is really not. What you do is you step over. Kind of like a walking type of position but at the same time you are going to twist this foot to a diagonal position with the left leg. Following back down behind you to support you when you fall.
