"So, now that you know a little bit about the Brazilian culture, and Brazilian Samba dance, I'm going to tell you about breathing. That is a technique that is very important for any dancer. So, all of us dancers, we usually breathe with, with our diaphragm. When you perform, you're going to be breathing with your diaphragm, so your diaphragm is located here in your stomach. And in order to feel your diaphragm, you're going to inhale; you're going to exhale. In this area, here is your lungs, here is your diaphragm; respiration, is around your belly. And also, a little bit lower you can inhale too, and this is your diaphragm breathing. And that's the one that we going to be using for our Brazilian Samba dance."
