"Hi, my name is Yolanda Travis and I'm with Expert Village. This time we're going to go to the right be we're going to drop your butt to your right knee 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 back up to the center. Then drop your butt to your left knee 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 back to the center but sit on the ground. Feet together reach towards your ankles hold for eight counts 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 pull up slowly open reach towards your right foot 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 up slow and to the center 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 up slow. To the left 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 up slow legs together and what you are going to do is press your knees down as far as you can pulling your feet towards you, hold it for eight counts 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 push it out. Reach 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 legs closed together and stand up and step it out and we are done."
