Let's begin with a little warm up so let's first open our legs with your right leg so you are just shoulder length. What you want to do is use your right arm and reach to your right for eight counts 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 and back to the center. Then reach to the left, eight counts 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 to the center. You are going to reach up and go on your toes 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 back down and go back on flat footed. So let's begin by turning our body to the left and a launch position and hold this for eight counts 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 to the center. Open up and you launch 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 to the right 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 to the center."
