"Hello, I'm Nina Mikhailova with Expert Village. If you're already on stage and you feel like your mouth is very dry, try to bite your tongue, and you will feel like your mouth is not that dry anymore. Do some breathing exercises. If you don't have a room with a piano, just don't forget, breath, and do this sound; so warm up your whole body. Of course don't scream before you have to go on stage. Even if you're very nervous, try to save your voice. Walk back and forth and do your breathing exercises. So, if you're very nervous, take 3 to 6, 7 deep inhale, exhale, get rid of all the extra air in your lungs. And try to do those vibration exercises, when you feel like your whole body is vibrating. Drink plenty of water, have some water on stage. Do not drink any alcohol, because it dries your vocal cords. Some people they actually drink some Cognak, but for some people it can work, others it can even worsen their situation. Especially few hours after alcohol, your vocal cords will be completely dry. So try not to drink any alcohol, just stay with water and lemon. Good luck."
