"This is Nina Mikhailova on behalf of Expert Village. Now I will show you a little massage for your facial muscles, because your facial muscles have to be warmed up also. So try to imagine letter "mmm" and do it with a closed mouth. You feel the vibration of the air on your head. If you have a problem to feel the vibration, just go to the closest wall, and try to push your forehead to the wall, and then you will definitely hear this, "mmm", the sound is coming from inside. The whole body vibrates and gives this sound. The next exercise you go lower, "mmm", to your cheeks, you warm up your cheeks. Each exercise you have to do 10 to 16 times. If you feel dizzy, just stop for a while, and do a slow inhale and exhale and just keep going. Next exercise for the relaxation of your lips is the letter "vvv" is the closest to your lips, so it's good to do "vvv". It may sound funny, but it really works. And the next exercise for your lips will be this; it actually relaxes you on the whole face. The whole face will be warmed up and ready to project the good voice."
