"This is Nina Mikailova and we're talking about breathing technique. The next exercise I will call Pump. So I need to tell you that for these breathing exercises you concentrate on your inhale. So inhale should be very active, and exhale you don't even think about it. It just happens. So Pump. You imagine that you're pumping the tire. So every time you go down, your inhale is very active. Exhale just comes automatically. It warms up your diaphragm, and it gives or warms up your vocal chords. The next exercise will be Steps. So you go left step, right step and you only concentrate on inhale again. Very active inhales. So your whole body warms up."
