"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Rodney Fielitz. I'm a certified flight instructor in Cottonwood, Arizona. I'm here to give you the basics of what it takes to become a pilot. As we taxing out, remember I told you we run it with our feet. So what I'm going now is pressing on the right foot, airplane goes to the right. Press on the left foot, it goes to the left. So we're taxing out, following this yellow line and then we're going to taxi on the taxi way down to runway three-two. Runway three-two again is left hand patterned for one-four, right hand for three-two. The wind sack shows the wind is coming out of the southeast. Which means I'm going to be taking off down wind. That's what we talked about earlier, that with the runway situations here a lot of times we take off down wind just to keep the people that live at the end of the runway from creating too many complaints."
