"Now here is a hand for Omaha that looks good but really isn't. It is ace, ace, 9, 6, rainbow you see I don't have a potential from the get go to make a flush. Because I got one diamond, one heart, one spade and one club so the best I can hope for from this hand is four of a kind which would be a very good hand or a straight. If an eight or a seven and a five come out or a ten, so let's reiterate I got these two aces working and I have the nine six working but that is it. There is not a lot of connectivity with this hand, there is not a lot of potential I can't expect to catch a draw realistically with this hand. The reason why this is important is if you catch this hand in early position at an Omaha table don't raise call the big blind and if there is action behind you play this hand with care. If you miss the board check and throw it away."
