"Another killer hand in most forms of poker is four of a kind. The thing about four of a kind, is that while it can be beaten by another four of a kind, like say you've got four Kings and you can be beaten by four Aces. In most cases, you're going to have the very best hand. I have been playing poker seriously for four years now. And in that time, in Texas Holdem, I've only had a four of a kind, one time, that lost. All of the other times that I've managed to make four of a kind with a hand, I've won. There is one time, I had four nines and lost to four Aces. So, that should tell you its a very powerful hand. If you look down and you catch four of a kind, play it to the end. Recently I was playing against someone in a very loose game with wild cards. Kind of just playing for fun, and they actually folded four Aces. No one else at the table could believe it. If you have four of a kind play it to the end. "
