"Hi, I'm Kelly on behalf of Expert Village; I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you could use when you are applying a powder foundation. In conclusion, there are five different ways that you can apply a powder foundation, but based on what kind of coverage you can get. As you can see this side we applied here with a sponge and that?s going to give a much fuller coverage. This side we applied with a foundation brush which is more of a moderate to full coverage, not quite as full as the sponge. You can also apply it with a sponge wet if you have a little bit drier skin or you want a little bit more of a sheer coverage, or you can use a fan brush if you just want to maybe even out the skin tone a little bit or give yourself just more of a sheer to moderate coverage as well. The last finish that you can use is to apply it with a powder brush which will give you just an all over setting effect, so if you're wearing maybe a liquid foundation or a cream foundation or something of that nature you could just brush your powder foundation on top to give you a little bit more coverage and to help to set your liquid or cream. Another type of powder foundation that you can use is this all in one powder foundation. That's something that consists of a concealer, a foundation, a finishing powder all in one. So it's really nice and compact and not too many steps, and not too involved. So definitely take into consideration when you are choosing a powder foundation, what type of technique you want to use, how much coverage you want and what your skin type is and that will leave you to be able to apply your powder foundation much easier and get the coverage that you desire."
