"Hi, I'm Kelly on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use when you are applying a powder foundation. So now that we have applied foundation all over her face and we've got a coverage that we are happy with. We can use our powder foundation as a little bit of a finishing powder. Just by using a powder brush, which is a much fluffier brush, it's going to pick up a lot less of the powder than say a foundation brush or even a fan brush. So we are just going to give it a light dusting which will in turn just set her foundation. Now if she was wearing a liquid foundation, this would be a great technique that she could use just to give her a little bit more coverage and give her foundation a little bit more staying power. So it will just kind of smooth out the look of the foundation. Give a little bit of extra oil absorption and help her foundation look a lot smoother and stay on a lot better throughout the day. Especially if you are wearing a liquid foundation and you have the tendency to be a little bit more on the oily side this is definitely the technique that I recommend that you use to give your foundation a little bit more staying power. So that's an example of using a power foundation as a finishing powder with a powder brush. "
