"Hi, I'm Kelly on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you could use when you are applying a powder foundation. If you have a powder foundation thats a wet dry, if you want to either apply it with a sponge but you want maybe not as full a coverage that you will get when applying it dry, or if you've got a little bit dryer skin, you can apply it wet. So what we are going to do is we are just going to take our sponge and we are just going to spritz it with a little bit of water. Get it a little bit damp. Work it in our powder here, we are just going pat it on. You can see if you look at her we applied this side with a sponge but we used the powder dry and we applied this side with a sponge but we used it wet. So you can see the difference in the amount of coverage that we got versus the dry powder and the wet powder. So that's definitely something you would want to take into consideration, is how much coverage you would want before you decide whether you want to apply your powder dry or you want to apply it wet. Also too, if you have a little bit dryer skin, applying it wet works a little bit better and have less of a tendency to stick to any flakes or anything like that on the skin. So that's how you would want to apply a powder foundation wet."
