"Hi, I'm Kelli on behalf of ExpertVillage. I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use when your applying a powder foundation. So, now that we have exfolliated and moisturized our skin, we're going to moisturize her eye area with an eye cream. If you are using any makeup around the eye, especially a powder. If your going to use that around the eye, you want to make sure that you're moisturizing just to smooth out the texture of that area. You want to use your ring finger, so you don't pull or tug at the eye area. And, that finger will be the gentlest. Then, you want to pat right around the orbital bone. You don't want to get too close to the eye, unless the specific eye cream that your using says that it is ok for right up to the lash line. Even though eye creams are ophthalmologist tested, it may have more of a tendency to seep into the eye which could cause irritation. Especially, if you are a contact wearer. Just be conscience of that when you are applying your eye cream. So, now we've got her prepped and ready to go and we're ready to move on to actually applying the foundation. That's how you want to apply an eye cream. "
