So basically when you're working with a powder foundation there is five different tips and techniques you can use to get different finishes. You can use either a sponge applicator such as this, and that’s going to give more of a full coverage. You can also do this wet; if you have a wet dry powder that’s what you are working with. You can use a foundation brush which will give you a little bit of fuller coverage as well, some people like to use a fan brush and that will give a really nice, light coverage, you can also use powder foundation on top of a liquid foundation to give you a little bit more coverage and then you can apply that with a powder brush. So based on what kind of coverage you're looking for out of your powder foundation there is five different finishes you can choose from that one will definitely be right for you. Whether you want something more sheer, or you're looking for something that’s going to just finish either another foundation or liquid foundation and anything in that nature or if you're actually using the powder foundation as a full coverage foundation. So you can definitely find a coverage that will work for you. So those are just some different ways that you can apply a powder foundation."
