"I'm Kelly on behalf of Expert VIllage. I'm going to show you some tips and techniques you can use to create a smokey eye. So we're going to set off her smokey eye look by making sure she has a really nice strong defined brow. So we're going to take a little bit of our brow powder on our angle brow brush. Start in the arch of the brow, fill in out to the outer portion working our way back in. Because you really don't want a strong smokey bold eye and then have no brow there, it'll just look silly especially from a distance. So,again you want to start in the arch and work your way out to the end and work your way back in to fill in then just take some of your brow wax, brush it through and that will set and seal your powder, it will tame any unruly brows, if you have any sparse areas you can go back and fill in with your powder. But that just really frames the face and lifts the eye and it sets off your smokey eye look with a nice bold brow."
