"I'm Kelli. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use to create a glitter and glam makeup look. Now we're going to finish off her eyes with a coat of black mascara. We're just going to apply it in a wiggling motion to the lower lashes. Roll it on the top or at the base of the upper lashes and wiggle our way up. Again, just wiggle on the bottom. Roll on the top. Start at the base and wiggle your way through. When you wiggle the brush, you'll just insure that you'll hit every lash. You'll get much better definition. You won't have as much clumping. It'll just look a lot more natural for you and a lot more defined. That's how you would want to apply your mascara."
